[REVIEW] STAND BY ME DORAEMON

So i was hoping some new story or gadgets, but i found it none. Stand By Me is kinda a review for the entire series of Doraemon. Basically, Nobita's descendant sent Doraemon to change Nobita's future so he'll have a better future, which kinda make a paradox since Nobita's descendant is from his wedding with Jaiko, not Shizuka. I still don't understand this part tho, but i don't really care.

 

About the story, yeah, don't really that interesting tbh. It's just about Nobita's selfishness trying to get Shizuka from Dekisugi. Trying to impress her with Doraemon's gadgets. We know that how harder Nobita tried, he's still lost to Dekisugi. He give up, trying to give up but then it failed bc Shizuka is aware his strange act. He wonders what happen next. so he travelled through to the future, change it a bit and he got Shizuka as his wife at last. he come back to his era, say to Doraemon that he's so happy. Case closed.

Stand By Me climax is when Doraemon finally finish his misson to make Nobita happy, and he must go back to future. It's supposed to be a heartbreaking moment, but somehow, i can't get that emotion. it's a bit rushed at the end.
The thing is, i think with Doraemon left Nobita is fine. Don't need that april mop thing. I'm dissapointed. I was ready to go to Feels Island and grab a box of tissue, but i didn't cry. Okay i know the title said to Doraemon to always stand by Nobita, but it kinda crushed the time we just shed our tears (tho i didn't). I mean what's wrong with some angsty-feels?

I hope Doraemon finally left Nobita anyway.

Anyway, since i was kid i'm watching Doraemon in TV with dubbed version. So when i streaming this film, i just found out that Nobita calls Shizuka with suffix -chan. Shizuka calls Nobita-san, and Dekisugi-kun. And Doraemon's voice is so fucking CUUUUTTEEE!!!!!! OMG!! XD

Maybe some of you will wonder why Shizuka chose Nobita over Dekisugi. This is Shizuka's reason: Because Nobita can't do things alone, so he must get a helper. When Dekisugi is good for his own way, and doesn't need help or anything.
